Onesto Health is a cash-pay practice and does not accept insurance directly. We do accept HSA and FSA payments, and we can provide a superbill upon request for you to submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on your individual insurance plan and is not guaranteed.

Telemedicine allows you to meet with your Onesto Health provider through a secure virtual appointment from the comfort of home, work, or wherever life happens. During your visit, we’ll talk through your symptoms, health history, medications, goals, and next steps.

Yes. We can order comprehensive blood work when appropriate. Depending on your symptoms, health history, and any recent lab results, we may recommend additional testing to evaluate for nutritional deficiencies, hormone imbalances, thyroid disorders, inflammation, and other underlying contributors to your symptoms.

No. Onesto Health offers telemedicine care across Texas, so you do not have to live near DFW to schedule a visit. Select in-home visits may be available based on location.

Yes. Onesto Health offers medically guided weight management through telemedicine for patients across Texas, including GLP-1 options such as tirzepatide and semaglutide when appropriate, along with nutrition guidance, lifestyle support, exercise regimen and ongoing provider care.

Yes. Onesto Health provides hormone evaluation and personalized hormone care for men and women experiencing symptoms such as fatigue, weight changes, low libido, mood changes, sleep issues, thyroid concerns, or other signs of imbalance.

Yes. Onesto Health offers peptide therapy when appropriate as part of a personalized care plan. Your provider will review your goals, health history, medications, symptoms, and safety considerations before making recommendations.
